In 2015, the domestic and foreign economic environment continued to downturn, the national special cotton pulp industry downstream product market demand continued to shrink. Facing the severe market situation, we first further strengthen the business philosophy, business model, business strategy and business performance assessment "four innovations", face up to difficulties, do everything possible to expand the market and ensure sales; The second is to focus on customer needs, increase efforts to develop new products; The third is to start with 14 key projects, pay close attention to saving consumption, tapping potential and increasing efficiency. Through the joint efforts of cadres at all levels and all staff, the annual internal revenue target has been achieved.

In 2015, we paid close attention to management and practiced internal skills, and the production efficiency and product quality were significantly improved over the previous year. The consumption of major products and production accidents decreased significantly compared with the previous year; Production operation and the construction of the total quality management system have achieved phased results, and the standardized and refined management of the company has reached a new level.

In the past year, we have focused on the operation of the old plant and the construction of the new plant. In addition to the office building, physical and chemical building decoration and part of the road site, now all the civil engineering of the new plant has been basically completed. The new Line 2 entered trial production in the middle of November last year, and the product quality has reached qualified products. The installation of production line 3 has basically finished and entered the commissioning stage. After more than two years of hard work, at the approaching of the New Year, a new special cotton pulp production and development base with the highest level of domestic technology and equipment has been successfully displayed in front of us.

2015 has been an extremely busy year and a year of remarkable achievements. The achievement of these achievements is the embodiment of the blood and sweat of all comrades present here and all employees of the company. Employees, looking back at the company's 28 years of development, we have gone through two important stages of development. From 1988 to 2003, we fought for our survival. From 2004 to 2015, we went through hardships and hard work, and finally developed an unknown small factory into a well-known enterprise in the national cotton pulp industry. In another six months, our new factory will be fully up and running. At that time, we will bid farewell to the old factory where we have worked and fought for 28 years, move into a new factory, and start our new journey of the third stage. Looking ahead, the road ahead is full of both difficulties and hardships, as well as opportunities and challenges. In the face of the new situation, we must, as always, rise to the difficulties head-on and continue to work hard. 2016 is not only the end of our relocation project, but also a year for us to deal with new challenges on the new starting line, work hard, plan for the future, make persistent efforts and continue to work hard. In the New Year, we must go all out to complete the installation and commissioning of the new plant's 1, 3 and 4 production lines to achieve stable production; The second is to further strengthen the "four innovations" of business work, optimize marketing countermeasures, strengthen performance assessment, and focus on product marketing; The third is to further use the brain, innovative thinking, focus on finding and research and development of new products; The fourth is to make greater determination, spend more effort, continue to further promote standardized, refined management, build a system, strong norms, grasp the implementation, consolidate the foundation, hard to practice internal skills, to ensure that the new plant management to have new thinking, new weather; Ensure new line product quality to a new level; Ensure the new plant is running with new efficiency.

In 2016, we will also focus on a major event, that is, to carry out staff health activities, and seriously implement the care for employees. In accordance with the requirements of "accurate and effective", we will earnestly do a good job in employee health consultation and serious disease prevention. To this end, we should give full play to the functions of the trade union and the medical office, do a good job of staff physical examination, establish staff health files; The second is to earnestly grasp the health, physical fitness, frequent serious disease prevention and emergency knowledge popularization lectures, and do a good job in advance prevention; The third is to classify and screen according to the physical examination report, focus on the object, conduct secondary review, find the disease in time, and achieve early detection and early treatment; The fourth is to organize and carry out all-staff fitness campaigns to promote and motivate employees to exercise and enhance their physical fitness.
